Position Description
• Leads Fit Standard Workshop with the customer, documents fit and potential gaps Works with customer team to configure the selected business processes to meet
customer requirement
• Develops solution and work around to address potential gaps
• Provides business process input to technical consultants addressing data migration, integration and potential extensibility
• Defines analytics strategy for application area so that the customer gets relevant reports and business insights
• Identification of Improvement potentials in continuous operations
• Design of operations procedures
• Supports training of key users at the customer for relevant application area
Work Experience
• Minimum of 12 years of IT work experience
• Experience in international and enterprise customer projects
Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:
• Key skills to configure and adjust SAP S/4HANA editions:
• Finance Business Acumen
• Degree in Finance or Accounting, potentially up to CPA level
• Background in key methodologies for efficient deployment and operation of SAP applications (SAP Activate)
• Support S/4HANA customers with successful go live, stabilization and SLA based solution support and business process management
• Application Knowledge of SAP HANA CLOUD, Financial Modules
• Understanding of In-App extensibility of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud
• Guided configuration and expert configuration via SPRO but also Solution Builder
Key functional and process skills for expert configuration of the system at least for:
• Core Finance and in addition 2 of the following areas
• Procure to Pay
• Plan to Product
• Order to Cash
• Core Human Resources
• Professional Service Marketing
