The outstanding individuals will work with both the business and technical teams to innovate and deliver new features and enhancements for the eCommerce platform. They will have a respected voice at the table for all project initiatives. Some of their responsibilities will include:

• Directly manage Team of Global Site Reliability Engineers.

• Architecture and Design standards definition and enforcement focused on non-functional properties
• Tools Standardization; Code Quality tools enforcement – Code Coverage, Static analysis and Performance analysis
• Reduce technical debt (simplify complexity, avoid duplications, increase maintainability, productivity improvements)

• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

• Performance Monitoring and Tuning
• Establish Operational Level Agreements and SLAs

Roles and responsibility

• Participate regularly in Requirement Analysis meetings with Business Analyst
• Work with other teams to provide estimation on the upcoming projects 
• Able to communicate strongly and provide subject matter expertise to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients
• Work closely with BA and business team to provide multiple solutions for the business need and proper the best option
• Provide understanding of the solutions to the design team at Onsite as well as Offshore
• Document Solution provided along with high level design proposition
• Take responsibility of solution provided and support it throughout Design, Construction and Quality Assurance
• Work closely with Design and Development team to support them with the proposed solution
• Review Requirement Documents, Design & Architecture Documents and provide review comments for the success of the project as well as for metrics   reporting
• Know how to lead, motivate and drive a team of creative individuals to accomplish great things

• A BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field with 2+ years of experience of hands-on experience managing software engineers 
• In depth experience with fundamentals of SRE including Scalability, deploy-ability, operability. 
• 5+ years experience as a Software Development Engineer in Java, C++ or other relevant technologies 
• 5+ years in Running Site Reliability function for a large scale distributed system.
• 5+ years in managing resources, project timelines, executive communication.
• 2+ years of prior experience and knowledge with web technologies such as HTML5, Java script, CSS, AJA 
• 5 years in Unix/Linux.
• 5 years in Cloud Engineering.
• Min 3 years Networking Fundamentals.
• 5 Years in IT/Operations.

2) Strong Design and Architecture experience in ecommerce landscape (WCS/ATG/Hybris etc)
3) Should be able to create blueprint designs / architecture landscape's for complex eco systems and with ability to deliver solutions in business and IT forums
4) Strong understanding of Websphere commerce architecture and able to provide right design decisions
5) Experience in Integrating and designing Order Management solutions along with Websphere Commerce
6) Experience of having couple of full cycle implementations with Commerce and Order Management (Sterling / Manhattan)
7) Should have strong understanding of Sterling Order Management platform and life cycle of various business processes
8) Hands-on experience with Websphere Commerce Server and Sterling
9) Strong Java J2EE experience
10) Database Programming Skill
11) End-to-end experience in software development life-cycle and familiar with agile methodologies
